150 billionaire families spent $1.9B on the 2024 election through October.
It's a huge amount of money β but it represents just 0.07% of their overall wealth.

15.11.2024 02:47 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The union of Stanford graduate workers have secured a tentative offer on their first contract.
If the contract is ratified, grad workers will get a minimum stipend of $54,052, rising to $58,460 by 2026.
The union now votes on the contract, and could strike if they vote it down.
Boeing workers went on strike for seven weeks.
You might have missed it, earlier this month they ratified a new contract that includes a 43% wage increase, as well as improvements to retirement and healthcare benefits.
Remember that we can always find hope in the labor movement.
