State and local tax on cybersecurity services in New York State could dissuade companies from spending more on cyber.

While everyone is rushing to deploy AI, let's be clear: IP theft happens. Regularly. It's going to accelerate with new technology rollouts. IP is a huge part of many economies; secure it, or it will be stolen and used against you.
