The bridge was trying to collect tolls today.
I thought Tim said he’d remove them if he was elected. Seems like something that could have been stopped instantly if he was serious about it as a promise.

When people ask for advice in the Peloton Facebook group, I didn’t realize they didn’t actually want your advice.
They only wanted people to tell them how awesome they are.
It’s a crazy place.
Why are we hearing from the fire chief about the service provided. Was the general manager not available?

Just ran the first tank of gas empty on our new hybrid Toyota Highlander. 700km for the full tank. 8L/100km
Very happy with that.
I kind of love that he found out so quickly that the mayor only has one vote.

03.12.2024 11:43 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Defend this person all you want. The truth of the matter is he should never have a license to practice paramedicine ever again. If an independent regulator existed he wouldn’t.
03.12.2024 11:18 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0We’re the other end of the spectrum. We just removed the requirement for medical oversight. Completely self regulated. Employers may still have medical oversight physicians but they aren’t a requirement for licensing

There’s no downside to anyone else if paramedics are regulated. What would their grievances be?
I’m in Nova Scotia and we are regulated.
This is why I never get excited about any projects in this city. They never come out looking how they’re presented.

Since September we’ve gone from owning a mini van and VW Golf to owning a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The hybrid is like driving in a video game. How can I get my L/100k lower. Even the kids are “dad that’s too much power”.
If you have any tips to maximize fuel economy shoot them my way.
Yes. Teaching a comparative religion class is much different than teaching religion. The study of religion fascinates me but I’m an atheist.

This applies to every presentation of pain.
Don’t withhold analgesics from anyone if no contraindications exist.
Drug “seeking” behaviour is not a contraindication to analgesics.
Very interesting subtext in this one; sometimes taking a hard look in the mirror and leaving a role that leaves you "running on empty" is what is best for the leader. #leadership #mentalhealth #selfcare #EMS www.ems1.com/paramedic-ch...

Icy roads are being widely reported and police are responding to several collisions thoughout the city. HRP is requesting motorists and pedestrians to use caution when venturing out onto the roadways.
Hey Halifax and area! Many if not most of you already know this, but HRP said about 45 minutes ago that they’re responding to multiple collisions due to the icy road conditions. Stay safe out there.

What are you trying to find out? EMT has not been used in NS in the 25yrs I’ve been here.
NS has ACPs and one of the highest concentrations of Critical Care Paramedics in the country.
The old Consumers Distributing. You picked your stuff out of the catalog and people went out back and got it for you.
