I've been defaulting to opening Bluesky over Twitter for a while now, but I still glance at Twitter every now and then and this still SO holds true. I found myself noticing "Why do I get mad looking at Twitter and not Bluesky", it's because Twitter is ENGINEERED to piss you off, fundamentally.

Between the redesign, the AI slop and the low-effort trolls, deviantArt is continuously going down the pipeline of enshittification I fear 💀

Discord has apparently added generative AI "apps" users can use to modify any image posted in any discord server.

On by default, no way to disable them, no moderation tools.

Fuck discord, support artists (discord sure doesn't).

Every artist I know is really struggling right now. Financially, emotionally, their confidence, in general.

If you like an artist's work, support them any way you can. Buying their stuff or subscribing to their Patreon is great, but words of encouragement are also incredibly helpful.
