On Feb. 19, the College of Chemistry celebrated the "topping off" of our newest landmark, Heathcock Hall, where its final structural beam, adorned with signatures from our staff, faculty, and students, was placed.

This year's chemistry laureates have added items to the Nobel Prize Museum's collection in Stockholm to help document the story behind the prize and help make the science accessible to the public.

As a part of Nobel Week, recent Nobel laureate Omar Yaghi attended today's Nobel lecture at Stockholm University in Sweden and described the history of his prize-awarded work. He was joined by Susumu Kitagawa and Richard Robson, who he shares the prize with.

Hydrogen is hard and expensive to produce, but we have cleared a major hurdle to making green hydrogen more affordable. 🌱💧
