The upper half body of Medkit from Phighting, sitting at what is presumably a table. The cake infront of him is a clipart I stole from Google; his arms are outstretched towards it. He has a disheveled, possibly exasperated look. He's wearing the clothes he usually does ingame, plus a party hat that says "happy 6 follower." Behind him is my Phighting self-insert, Flashbang. One arm is on his shoulder. Flashbang has one square horn on each side jutting out the top of his head, and one on each side of his head also. He's wearing a flannel with the text "Red Vox on it." He's partially hidden behind Medkit. Next to both of them is a photo of my follower count. The six 6 followers are circled, with red text on top that reads "WAOW!!! THANK YOU!!" in red. The entire drawing is just lineart minus the hat which is a real life photo and the clipart of the cake.
