Hey y’all, so, long story, but I just had a glass of wine with WHALES in Atlanta.

Like a ferret.

There is no tracker for the 50k (the 100 mile race runs concurrently with trackers), but, weather dependant, I’ll try to share snippets from the course.

Yep! I went three weeks early in 2024 and worked from there. This year, Im going about 9 days early, so just taking the whole time off as a vacation and rest up time.

Just secured one of very few available spots for the 2026 Little Su 50k. The 2024 race worked perfectly as a shakeout ski 7 days before the #ITIalaska start. The course shares some trail with ITI; good for current conditions scouting.

I actually burned a hole through the bottom of them on day 3, and hiked with them that way for 17 more days. I put some duct tape on the inside under the footbed to plug the hole against puddles!

That’s my sister’s big boy Fenris, back when he was still a half-puppy! He hiked a mile in, to the Canadian Border and trail start with us. That was enough for him!
