We don't watch it enough to be worthwhile

We pay a few quid for C4. Our TV can record so we sometimes just pause it for a bit and whizz through. But we rarely watch stuff with adverts in it, hence my surprise at how awful it is

What's with TV Vomiting? It never adds anything, yet we see it remarkably frequently from people being ill to spontaneous vomit on receipt of bad news (which isn't even a thing).
