Between gel pad, Rx meds, stretching + lacrosse balls, & basically a sporty rolling pin to get after the fascia, I’m almost ready to walk sans cane. This is the worst fit of it I’ve ever had.

I tried a few different gel pads (the ⬇️$ ones are just that). I finally bit the bullet & bought a “Purple” brand gel pad b/c sciatica involved entire leg ⬇️ into the arch of foot & ⬆️ to scapula. Sweet baby jeebus! What a relief. 1/2

Sure, it’s cool, but unless that has a heating element in it, it’s also real cold.

Lots of gentle stretching, a lacrosse ball to get after the fascia, a gel pad for sitting, and 3% kvetching.
