I need some help... I'm trying to Stream a Meta Quest game (Trenches VR) via Meta Quest 2 through OBS to Twitch... but it seems kinda choppy.
Right now I cast to my laptop who then goes to my NZXT Capture Card. Audio is good, it's just the video that I need help with.
