Best thing to do is get a feel for the schedule they seem to be working with and set alarms. These are always so fun and exciting to watch but oh my lord are they exhausting!

Unfortunately that's the way it was the past two streams. They will raid streamers where you can collect drops (I think you have to watch for a half hour or an hour for each, I can't remember exactly) and the orb will do a few lore teases throughout the few days.
