What started as a warm up turned into a complete picture.

This is Ben. He was our family dog for many years and got me through a lot in life.

When I started sketching him, I found I just couldn’t stop- and when I finished it off with colour, I just cried.

👋 It’s-a me, Stazz~ 👋

I’ve had a lot more mental capacity lately to be able to focus on my art work and begin to make a portfolio, so I thought it might be time to make an avatar to go with it 😊

It took me a little while to decide how to colour it because I’m still developing my style, but it’s ❤️

This is definitely a new chapter for me, and I’m excited to go on this journey of #selfdiscovery. I’m sure it will be full of ups and downs, but most importantly I’ll start to learn how to accept myself, #ADHD and all 🥰

I’m still in two minds about it because, it’s nice to give it a name, but also 😐 I have a mental condition.

It has been eye opening, realising that I do the things I do because I have ADHD and not that I’m broken - the things I do happen because I’m just wired that way - and that’s okay! 💙

These past few weeks have been kinda surreal.

After 2/3 years of being in and out of therapy and trying to understand what’s going on with my mental health, this week I finally achieved a diagnosis for #ADHD 🙌
