So this seems quite interesting. A few anomalies it's ok, but come on! 1/2

De la misma manera en la que un día una civilización extraterrestre encontrará alguna de las sondas Voyager, nosotros podemos habernos tropezado con algo igual y no haber sido capaces de reconocer lo que habíamos visto. Omuamua nos dejó la duda, y ahora el 3iAtlas quizás haga lo mismo. ¿Por qué no?

Lo más llamativo de la presentación de la NASA fue el que no explicaran ninguna de las 12 anomalías. Podemos estar o no de acuerdo en lo que es el Atlas, pero explicar las anomalías era lo mínimo necesario para sostener la credibilidad del trabajo que hacen.

No hay explicación=No saben lo que es

Los telescopios masivos tienen una resolución por pixel demasiado grande para un objeto tan pequeño como el Atlas. Por eso creo que los astrónomos aficionados están haciendo el trabajo que debieron hacer las agencias oficiales.

No entiendo por qué a nadie le parece extraño que las fotos de la nasa de ayer tengan mucha menos resolución y definición que las de fotos de agosto y septiembre. No es lógico. Además, imagino que hay más, pero que sólo presentaron esas pocas para la rueda de prensa... verdad?

It was starting to react and they just cut the video. It starts being about 5mm (in my screen) and it quickly doubled its size by the end of the gif image. Why cut it? And say whatever you want, but the reaction is due to that thing that went by it whatever it was.

Esta convergencia y alineación me parece muy curiosa, porque realmente parece una misión de intervención. El #3i/Atlas por algún motivo no se ve en esta simulación, pero hoy 04Oct2015 está pasando muy cerca de Marte. Espero ver las imágenes y los datos en los próximos días.

Given the fact that we now have not one but two Interstellar objects approaching Earth around the same time, it seems curious to me that all the asteroid trackers have disappeared from the Google Play Store. I still have my old Asteroid Alert App but don't know how to share it. Does anyone know how?

I think about that all the time. Like now with all the comets coming around: Core chakra 1st (losing fear), Throat chakra 2nd (using our voice), and now Heart chakra. It's silly, I know. But wouldn't it be great if it were true? That would give me some hope. 2/2

Whoa, the interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS clearly has a tail now! A raw image taken minutes ago with the GMOS instrument on Gemini South and shared live during the Shadow the Scientists event - I raised the contrast slightly.
