Text: SELF-MANAGED ABORTION: ending a pregnancy outside the formal healthcare system. In the US, people usually do this with abortion pills, which are safe!* People have had abortions for thousands of years and always will. We've started this year off with many attacks on self-managed abortion, from bogus hearings called by anti-abortion extremists to the banning of abortion access for veterans. Wondering how to talk about self-managed abortion with your community? Check out our new zine here: nnaf.org/W

White text on a blue background says, Medication abortion facts. Below is a list outlining that 'mife' (aka mifepristone) is FDA-approved, safe and effective, backed by 25+ years of evidence, used in over half of US abortions and can be sent by mail via telehealth.

At today’s Senate HELP Committee hearing on #mifepristone, expect a flood of junk science and false claims from anti-abortion lawmakers and witnesses.

Don't fall for their rhetoric.

Mife is safe, effective and backed by 25 years of rigorous research.

The reality: In states that ban abortion, patients with chronic conditions and other high-risk pregnancies often have nowhere to turn.

This is why the work we do is so important. Everyone should be able to access the reproductive healthcare they’re seeking.

🧡On Nov. 18th, South Carolina will hear S.B. 323. If passed, S.B. 323 will create a total abortion ban. This ban attacks our free speech, bodily autonomy, privacy, and ability to support our communities in making their own healthcare decisions.
