- make it unlawful to possess any drug or substance that can be used for abortion
- make providing information about abortion unlawful, including via a website or phone call

- change the definition of a legal “contraceptive” to exclude anything that prevents ovulation or implantation of a fertilized ovum
- open the door to restrictions on in vitro fertilization (IVF) by defining a “human embryo” as a fertilized egg or zygote

According to @aclusc.bsky.social, this bill would:
- make abortion a felony equivalent to “the homicide of a person born alive"
- allow imprisonment up to 30 years for a person having an abortion or aiding in abortion
- prohibit transporting a minor out of state to obtain an abortion

Their talkline advocates have provided a place for callers nationwide to feel less alone in their decisions. At the same time, their abortion fund has made it possible for abortion-seekers to break through the barriers of abortion bans.

When Indiana became the first state to pass a near-total abortion ban in 2022, All-Options stood strong, continuing to offer financial, travel, and emotional support for Hoosiers and the clinics serving them.

‘I don’t want to be pregnant in Texas’: Under abortion ban, women fear for their lives “I want to have a kid because I want to be a mom,” a woman from Belton, Texas, said. “I pray to God it doesn’t end with me sacrificing my life.”

Dr. Dani Mathisen deserved to get the care she needed without crossing state borders, and she deserved to safely grow her family in her home state. All Texans deserve this—but due to the state’s abortion bans, many, like Dani, are leaving because they are scared to be pregnant in Texas. #TXBanWeek
