Prop 50 is going to pass, but I'd just mention Trump continues to poll particularly bad in CA on job approval. He's less popular than his first term.

Latinos: 51% Dem, 19% Rep, 30% Indy (D+32)
CA GOP had actually been making inroads with registration last year or so, but pendulum seems to be swinging back.

Nancy Pelosi is investing millions to beat the last OC Rep, Young Kim. In 2024, the party spent almost nothing against her, so this is a big change.
Also, Pelosiโs spending against Ken Calvert in RivCo and David Valadao in the Central Valley.
Nah, I think it was both.
Independents absolutely swung against Dems but the GOP owns the economy now.
Turnout might have cost Dems 1%, but it wasnt the reason.

Great news yesterday โ Democrat Betty Martinez Franco won a council seat on the Irvine City council yesterday which gave Democrats a 4-3 majority!
