My borderline issues routinely destroy my relationships and make enemies of friends. No matter how positive my interactions with an individual or community begins, eventually my behavior poisons it. Social isolation is the best option for me as it spares others from stress and myself from pain.

Consciousness is the prime source of suffering and I want to be free of it.

I remained there largely to talk shit directly to our 'elected' officials. I disabled it recently, unable to handle the constant feed of veiled death threats, mockery of human decency and constant feed of open war crimes and the victims thereof. That place is vile beyond words.

I'm having a bad mental headspace day. I am very concerned about the upcoming SSDI hearing and terrified they'll deny me. If that happens I know I'll try and return to the workplace and I know it will then be a matter of time before someone triggers me and I do things I can't undo.

In a few months most of us won't be able to afford healthcare. You won't have to worry about that. But you don't care. Just another rich asshole living the good life while the rest of us scramble for whatever scraps we can survive off of. You make me sick.

I received a notice about my appeal for SSDI benefits. It's being re-evaluated now. I expect it to be denied again, but afterwards I can lawyer up and take it to court where I'll hopefully be able to make my case. My primary care doc, my therapist and my psychiatrist are on my side. Fingers crossed.

Pretty sure I picked up the Flu in the doctor's waiting room the other day. Been a while since I've had this and it sucks shit.

I still feel exhausted and terrible. At least I can keep food down now, I'm just so exhausted. No idea what made me so sick but this sucks shit.

I'm so tired of trying and failing. I live everyday in poverty. I can't even be bothered to care about self-care anymore. I have just enough energy to do what I have to. I don't like talking to anyone. I don't like leaving my apartment. The world is horrific. People are vile, as am I.
