Both non refundable, of course. Once it is filed make sure you smile while the papers are being served to you neighbor. He may invite you over for a beer and burger to discuss a settlement. Once you make it to court for the lawsuit make sure you dress all fancy and such, because appearance is everything in court. Dont be surprised or alarmed if your neighbor shows up with a lawyer. He probably already has one on retainer being a criminal and all. You probably wont want to spend the money to hire a lawyer and will be there representing yourself. Lawyers are scumbags and why they wouldn't take your case to begin with is beyond me. Once the hearing is done go to the clerks office and write out the check the judge orders you to pay, probably a few thousand dollars for the defendants lawyer and counter suit of harassment. Go home and throw some veggies in the steamer and enjoy the rest of your life in peace, knowing you did your little part for humanity and the earth.

KDP seems to have removed all methods of contacting them from their Contact Us page. Anyone know how to get an email to them or a phone call? Their "helpful" FAQs say to contact them if I need assistance beyond the standard, but that doesn't seem possible anymore.
