Picked up some Licor 43, didn’t have light rum so used Myers -
Beachbum’s Own
1 1/2 ounces light rum
1 1/4 ounces demerara rum
3/4 ounce Licor 43
3/4 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce passion fruit puree
Ingredients for a Colada tiki cocktail, including Coconut Cream, Passion Fruit Syrup, Pandan Syrup and White Rum.
Trying out Pandan this time with a Passion Fruit Colada.
2 oz. Dogfish Head Ladybug white Rum
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. coconut syrup
1/2 oz. passion fruit purée (such as Perfect Puree)
1/2 oz. rich pandan syrup
Sweet herbal notes of the Pandam with a nutty finish similar to Ube.
