How Europe was able to back up Rory McIlroy's words and win the Ryder Cup on the road Two years ago in Rome, McIlroy predicted a Europe win at Bethpage. Over three days, Europe's gutsy team play made that prediction come true.

Final dispatch from Bethpage: on Rory’s mission, Luke Donald’s details (bed sheets! Le labo! uniforms!) and a European team that moves in complete unison www.espn.com/golf/story/_...

Sickening behavior by this agent. The fact that Mayor Adams has rolled out the red carpet for ICE is a stain on our city.

About a year ago, I had a thought: What happens to all the different Oregon jerseys over the years after they move on to the next one?

I decided to find out: www.espn.com/college-foot...

'The people love him': Bryson DeChambeau is one of the main characters at this Ryder Cup Everyone seems to have an opinion on DeChambeau ahead of the 2025 Ryder Cup. But one thing is clear: His U.S. teammates expect him to have a big impact this week.

β€œIf he views himself as a gladiator golfer, this is as good as it gets."

A story on the Bryson DeChambeau spectacle, which feels explicitly crafted for a Ryder Cup at Bethpage: www.espn.com/golf/story/_...

Of note: JT and Bryson were playing alternate shot during practice yesterday. Honestly, wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the first duo out on Friday morning for the US

WGA Statement on ABC's Decision to Pull β€˜Jimmy Kimmel Live!’
The right to speak our minds and to disagree with each other - to disturb, even - is at the very heart of what it means to be a free people. It is not to be denied. Not by violence, not by the abuse of governmental power, nor by acts of corporate cowardice.
As a Guild, we stand united in opposition to anyone who uses their power and influence to silence the voices of writers, or anyone who speaks in dissent. If free speech applied only to ideas we like, we needn't have bothered to write it into the Constitution. What we have signed on to - painful as it may be at times - is the freeing agreement to disagree.
Shame on those in government who forget this founding truth. As for our employers, our words have made you rich.
Silencing us impoverishes the whole world.
The WGA stands with Jimmy Kimmel and his writers.

Rory vs. Bryson: What to expect from an epic Sunday showdown at the Masters There are 18 holes between Rory McIlroy and his career Grand Slam. But standing in the way is Bryson DeChambeau, who denied McIlroy a major just 10 months ago.

Read my guy @paolouggetti.bsky.social and get pumped about all we have in store Sunday at the Masters.

Let the Organ Revitalize You (Gift Article) No, not that kind of organ.

When I was a little kid, I thought organs were cool and I wouldn't go to church unless I got to sit with the organist. I still think they're cool and so I wrote about them for the NYT Mag

The changes that led to a year Boise State won't forget With a Heisman finalist running back and a new head coach, the Broncos reached the playoff, but there was a lot more that went on behind the scenes.

Boise State, forever the overlooked underdog, finally has a seat at the table. Of course it’s at a Fiesta Bowl

β€œRight in the barber chair, I'm having a heart attack."

His right coronary artery was 100% blocked. He needed emergency surgery. Story on his season of recovery.
