Assuming a CO2 laser. I've used mine to cut fabric. Works on slate, you can get stone coaster blanks online. Makes great white markings on anodized aluminum. Thin veneers adhered to craft plywood works for getting some contrasting insets.
What a fantastic idea from Leo Barkley to organize that skating meetup! We had an absolute blast, and the photos Kijani captured turned out beautifully.
