Thanks to you and all your colleagues for the last 6 months coverage of the cricket. My health has not been great and without doubt the cricket commentary and live streams have made life tolerable. My thanks to you all.

My favourite Thistle goal v Celtic was Joe Hogan’s trundler from nearly 40 yards at Celtic Park that squeezed through keeper Frank Haffey’s legs and rolled over the line. Frank emigrated to Australia soon after.

I assume it’s mostly younger readers who are discovering Orwell. Always a good thing.
