Just in: X-rays at the circuit revealed a "displaced fracture of the right collarbone" for Martin. Now on way to hospital to fully assess situation.

Just in from LCR:

Unfortunately Aleix suffered a cycling accident a few days ago. Initially seemed minor, he arrived at the track on Thursday morning with severe back pain. Medical examinations have revealed that his L3 vertebra is affected. He is now returning to Barcelona.

Marc on Pecco’s current struggles: “Your teammate is always an extra pressure. But also an extra motivation. He’s in a moment where he needs to regain his confidence. (But) Pecco has enough experience to absorb all these things.”

Miller getting increasingly frustrated by lack of news from Yamaha regarding ‘26. Said he’s setting his own deadline to get an update this weekend as has other offers to consider. “I’ve been more than patient.”

In a way Fabio feels Austria was a necessary shock to show Yamaha engineers how difficult current situation is.

“I feel we don’t know how the bike is working or will react.”

Moto2 winner Moreira excited by the chance to go to MotoGP next year. “The offer is there. I’ll sit with my manager to see the offers but (for now) my focus is Moto2.”

Big signing for Marc VDS. Aron Canet moves across on a "long-term agreement". Sticking around in Moto2 next year & could be well placed for WorldSBK switch in future years.

Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup will take place at 6 MotoGP rounds in 2026. 2 races per round. Will be 6-8 independent teams taking part (from within paddock / USA). All bikes will be identical. Team / rider selection already underway.

Still no word on Yamaha's satellite MotoGP line up for next year. Miller still hopeful. "I love this project. I love working with Yamaha and I enjoy the whole environment." But admits mild surprise in delay to decision. "Other opportunities are starting to close up."
