hire them. It's REALLY hard already for visibly trans people to get jobs, even before this shit.

The temptation to do both of those things just so I can call them by name when I tell them to shut up is extremely high.

A couple of folks have decided to have a 1:1 in my friendly local coffee shop. They are sharing enough detail, at loud enough volume, that a very quick Google will tell me where they work. From there, I could go to LinkedIn and find out who they are.

Why do you have to already be famous for something before you get to have a podcast where you get to chat shit with people? I would be so good at that.
