Regardless of what happens, I do want to keep working on this game. I really like this concept.

I may not be able to finish my game for the #FallingBlockJam. (It's still missing the menus and... the rest of the visuals)

Should I still try to get a working submission?

I was thinking of making each colour a different shape (one colour could be a square, the other a circle etc.)

If you notice the blocks randomly falling quickly, that's just a button you can hold to increase the blocks' gravity. So yes it's also similar to Meteos :)

Progress has been admittedly slow (there was a very annoying bug that I didn't know how to fix for a while), but I did add some neat effects!

I also reworked the gameplay a bit; now you can create squares with multiple colours at a time.
