Grillby stands to the right, looking behind himself as Sans grabs the coat the fire monster has hung over his arm. Papyrus trails behind, sighing like he has better things to do. (He doesn't.)

In a mafiafell swap universe, the brothers are raised by Grillby. Needless to say, they shoot up past him in height pretty quickly in a few years.
