Sold these today, #MortalKombat full size pencil print, thank you sketch and cover to a magazine that happens to be a snapshot of early 90’s. Patrick Rolo pencils, my inks, colors by someone in the Malibu Comics coloring dept.

My first graphic novel HIGH STRANGENESS from 1999 is getting a redux special edition but in the meantime here’s old art from the book, plus a before-after view of the work in progress to get this special project in high res and added depth. More weekly updates at my patreon page. #highstrangeness

I recommend this graphic novel. It’s a no frills biography of a Russian Jewish soldier who fought nazis in WWII, survived 5 years in a Russian gulag and kept on surviving against the odds. Remarkable true story by @olkompan.bsky.social

I’m curious to know your thoughts on Splinter. I had that book as a child and was captivated by the cover art but tbh I don’t think I ever read it.
