25 WoW OCs between us, and we RP together almost exclusively.

We have everything from found family to exes who want to murder one another to characters who are Kill-On-Sight with certain faction affiliations and it’s all good and fun and respectful OOC, which is what matters the most imo.

whose glee over playing violently racist OCs is a massive red flag/DNI.

But idk, I vet my RP partners and have never had an issue with/have always enjoyed tension and even hostility between WoW characters (with everyone’s enthusiastic permission.)

I’m always baffled when RPers get weird about tension or even hostility in WoW. It’s a narrative device in a fictional universe, not Blizzard or anyone who RPs unfriendly characters going “and this is how you should behave towards other human beings IRL.”

Like, obviously there are folks…

Alliance players annoyed they have to use a somewhat hostile hub for an expansion where they harshest treatment they get is being told they can’t go to some areas and get mean looks: do you not see the potential for sick dramatic tension here?? How is this not a great rp opportunity???

Is it technically very clean? Yes.
Does it LOOK very clean? No.

The problem with cleaning a very old house (renting one from the 70s) is that you can straight up scrub the walls and countertops and there are still just… discolored spots/stains that will never come out. And I’m not always super anal about cleaning BUT WHEN I DO I want things to look perfect 💀
