Losers mad at Assassin's Creed Shadows over romances they, as the player, chose to engage in. I'm mad that Ubisoft made the physical version useless because of an arbitrary online unlock for the game. We are not the same - be mad over something substantive, like Ubisoft shitting on ownership.

Note that this is not industry standard on console, not even for AAA games. This is just Ubisoft giving one last "fuck you" to the consumer. Mind-bogglingly stupid self-sabotage on a game that could decide the fate of the company.

Capcom SELLING players customization tickets for Monster Hunter Wilds is disgusting, and the fact that I haven't seen many people calling this shitty behavior out is a depressing sign of how tame gamers have become. This is something that should just be a free option in the menu.

I still maintain that Veilguard was a solid 8.5/10, a very good game, and the game was killed by loser incels crying about one cringe scene.

I remember buying a 1070 Ti for $450 at launch. The prices of GPUs today are insane.

Seriously, most devs are contract/salary workers. Many do not get any sort of royalties. They got paid for their work creating the game. After launch, most of the profit goes to some CEO who the game was made in spite of, if anything.
