“If [wealthy, powerful people] can get us to accept that the future’s already settled, AI is already here, the end is already here, then we will create that for them. My most daring idea is to refuse.” — @tressiemcphd.bsky.social

The United States negotiated a deal to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon.

That was President Obama’s nuclear deal—and Donald Trump ripped it up.

Now, Trump's dragging America into another endless war in the Middle East.

"Abughazaleh believes that Democrats have long failed to meet the moment of taking on the far right. For her and many progressive challengers across the country, countering the Trump administration is inextricably linked to combating the influence of groups such as Aipac and challenging the corporate status quo.

Abughazaleh said: "I even see it in my own campaign where there are local leaders and elected officials that call me before endorsing one of my opponents, apologetically saying, I love what you're doing but I'm feeling a lot of pressure to endorse this way or the other. They feel that pressure in the first place instead of being able to stick to their values and it's a shame that we have a party that makes people feel like that."

"I don't know how many times we have to keep doing the same thing over and over and over again of insisting that we have to be more moderate, that we have to move to the right," Abughazaleh added, arguing that policies ensuring affordable housing, groceries and healthcare should represent the political centre."

You don’t beat the far right with moderation. You have to confront it.

Career politicians are unequipped to handle this moment. It’s time for them to step aside.

It’s insane this is legal. People around Trump are profiting off war and death. I’m introducing legislation ASAP to ban this.

We hate kids. Like SO MUCH. We vote for the guns. We vote for the bombs. We protect the rapists. We have LEOs physically restraining parents from trying to save their children in Uvalde. We just blew up a school in Iran. We love Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. They run the country.

things every single republican president of your lifetime has done

- started a war in the middle east
- completely destroyed the economy

“Supporting the troops” means not sending them off into an unnecessary war following incompetent & financially-conflicted diplomacy.

We’ll cheer at flyovers before football games & avoid eye contact w/ parents who lose their children while despots fight their war from the warmth of a country club.

Trump has launched an illegal regime change war.

As someone who has survived the horrors of war, I know military strikes will not make us safer; they will inflame tensions and push the region further into chaos.

When we abandon diplomacy, we choose destruction.

EISEN: What the Trump administration would say is they're looking for other mechanisms to do tariffs b/c they want leverage to bring down the trade deficit

ELIZABETH WARREN: Let's start out with the fact that from Trump's "liberation day," we actually have seen the trade deficit widen, not narrow

It isn’t due process when a judge asks a 4 year old if they understand the proceedings.

We asked www.PAXIS.app how it can help:

PAXIS turns notices into clear steps—dates, A-numbers, scripts, and legal help—so no child stands alone.

So when thousands of women (and children) were being duplicated--including in non-consensual AI porn--it was no big deal. But it took "only a 15-sec clip" of these two famous white men to draw outrage and fear. Gotcha. Cool cool.

I feel like you’re still giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I truly hate how people uplift contrarianism and standing on the fence as balanced media.

Joe Rogan has no integrity and is a fascist.

Neutrality (which he is not) only helps the oppressor.

Every Republican since Eisenhower has increased the deficit.

Every Democrat since Carter has decreased the deficit.
