Analysing existing service monitoring data demonstrated statistically significant changes across 8 confidence indicators, with greatest improvements in users' ability to ask for help. Data outlined a vulnerable population with 2/3 economically inactive and 86% suffering with >1 health issues. 4/5

Our findings demonstrate value for money with a Β£3 return for every Β£1 invested. Social Navigators (SN) improved confidence of service users, helping them to access other advice & support services.
