Analysing existing service monitoring data demonstrated statistically significant changes across 8 confidence indicators, with greatest improvements in users' ability to ask for help. Data outlined a vulnerable population with 2/3 economically inactive and 86% suffering with >1 health issues. 4/5

Peer interviews with service users identified that relieving financial burden and stress improved their quality of life and mental well-being. SN advocate for service users without time limits and navigate the complexities of the system across local government for service users. 3/5

Our findings demonstrate value for money with a Β£3 return for every Β£1 invested. Social Navigators (SN) improved confidence of service users, helping them to access other advice & support services. This resulted in one-off financial (average Β£1,237) and annual financial gains (average Β£1,703). 2/5
