Another sad and poignant anniversary today as it’s 25 years since my Dad left us and I’ve commemorated it by re-publishing on my SubStack the eulogy that my sister Jo and I wrote for his funeral in March 2001, along with some further memories of him.

Same here. They have adopted new technology so you can do a call back for urgent stuff (with subsequent face-to-face if necessary) and online form for less urgent stuff. Seems to work very well.
