I'm strongly against ai principally for the loss of brain power in humanity, by giving up our reasoning to logical super brains having infinite power.

But acting entierely against it is taking a life changing turn costing a ton of energy I dont personally have

AI is the logic continuation of this, more automatisation, less brain power needed for more dopamine (and more forest burned, but its not visible so Who cares)

It's evolution, join the train to survive more easily or stay on the bay and good luck

Fast-paced junk content is everywhere now because it gives easy dopamine, our primitive brains like to see satisfying shit, at an inexistant energy cost except for a scroll

In an extent, this revolution was unavoidable, as a live beeing, optimisation and gain of time is and was what we crave, smartphone are a necessity for a vast majority of us, because its an omni-tool, it can do so much.
