If you’re experiencing grief, don’t look for others approval try to go through it like someone else has gone through it. You have your own unique experience, just like every other part of your life. If it consumes you, don’t allow others to make you feel bad about YOUR experience

People-pleasing, wanting acceptance and approval, not having boundaries etc showed me where I needed to heal + I did the work. & I LOVE this version of me. I’ve died 100 times as I’ve evolved to get here & I’m willing & able to help you too on your journey to authenticity.

This also exposed the living - the folks around me I considered family.. I finally saw through the illusions of who I thought they were. As painful and heart wrenching as that experience was, I’m grateful as it propelled me to be who I was created to be.

This is what helped me create my Rebirth Readings because out of those depths I emerged reborn like the phoenix rising from the ashes. The physical deaths of my loved ones threw me neck deep in grief & in shadow work.

It was many different interpretations of death, losing a parent, losing a child, etc I looked for answers to soothe the pain and it took me further into the depths of grief where only I could go. Now that I’m back, I’m ready to share everything I learned to help others.

I experienced debilitating grief for the last 3 years. There were many of my loved ones transitioning and two of them included my daddy & my son. I thought I would die from a broken heart.
