I've heard others say it and I'm really feeling it too. We should definitely embrace the American flag as part of the resistance to fascism and the authoritarian government. It must stand as a symbol of decency and democracy, not what the GOP is trying to rebrand it as.

They’re not saying the politicians shouldn’t read the whole bill, they’re saying, and I think they’re right based on your reading of their skeets, that you wouldn’t have understood their vote against the resolution or abstention and would’ve fallen for propaganda that they voted against protesters.

The statement from Jerome Powell just says they’ve received a grand jury subpoena, which if I’m understanding it correctly means they have not yet secured an indictment. With this DOJ’s track record, they may not be able to secure an indictment at all.

A President calling for the execution of anyone who reminds service members of this oath is showing us why the duty to disobey illegal orders is so important in the first place.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.
