Does anyone know more about how they use AI or what they use it for? I'd love to be healthier and more physically flexible, but I'm not sure that's worth the potential costs of using AI for it, you know? (3/3)

Feels long enough to have a sense of continuity and for the words to soak in with people, but not so long that it becomes The Way We've Always Done It And Can Never Do Otherwise.
