I don't recall the name, but I got the pattern and the yarn from Julia at The Lucky Four Farm. She has a website, but I didn't see it linked on Ravelry. If you dm her on her website I bet she'll remember!

These are from a magic loop knitting class I took at a fiberlove conference. The yarn was from the instructor's farm, which is local. Natural gray wool mittens in seed stitch, with chonky multicolored cuffs in shades of blue and green.

Yep. It's happening across the board. Our friend is in a small (but crucial) division at the department of agriculture. His boss, who has worked there over thirty years, as well as their IT technician and at least one other, have been terminated. Div of six down to three. They can't function at all.
