"Am I sure I would rather try to save my life with a fuck than die?" Megatron mused. "Yes, Optimus, as a matter of fact, I am."
Optimus splayed his fingers a little. "This feels wrong," he muttered. "Interfacing shouldn't, shouldn't—"
Megatron looked at him for a moment and then said, "My tank's at 53.7, Optimus. We have about twenty kliks left before I'm out and you have to carry my grey and warped corpse out of here."
"Primus," Optimus muttered. "Okay. Alright. I'm sorry. I'll do it, but I'm sorry."
"Wonderful. Now that we have the pleasantries out of the way, would you be so kind and fuck me into a reboot?" Megatron asked. To accentuate the point, he dipped two of his digits into his valve and canted his hips, up and towards Optimus.
"I'll try," Optimus said weakly. He transformed his panel away. The opening to his spike housing remained closed.
Megatron waited for a beat. "Well?"
"I'm trying," Optimus muttered.
"Pit's sake." Megatron sat up again, and pushed against Optimus' windshield. His touch was so hot that the glass crackled a little. Optimus went without resistance, staring from wide optics as Megatron pushed him down to the floor, getting between his legs.
"I don't know if I should find it entirely exasperating or endearing that even in life or death situations, you can't get into the mood without foreplay," Megatron told him. "No wonder we never fucked during the war. I was ready to go countless times, but I see now that I might have been the only one. You're a hopeless romantic."
"You say this as if you're surprised," Optimus muttered. "Megatron, you can't—"
"Again, I prefer not to die," Megatron said, and lowered himself between Optimus' legs and put his lips on Optimus' spike housing.

"You have doubts?" Megatron all but snarled. Between them, a panel snapped smartly open. "Let me ease your mind then, Optimus."
And something nudged his hip armor, hot and hard and damp. There was only one thing it could be, and Optimus knew this, but it was still surprising just for the scarcity of it.
He looked down.
Megatron's thighs were parted around his own between them, and there was just enough room between their frames for a spike to pressurize and stand, rather proudly and not looking like a piece of underused equipment at all, between them. It nudged just so against the gap between Optimus' own codpiece and the finer mechanisms of his hip joint. The unbidden image of Megatron simply thrusting into the nook made Optimus shudder with delight.
It was a gorgeous spike. Optimus adored it just as he did everything about Megatron, but the sight of it made his entire armor puff open to allow in more air to cool him down.
"Convinced yet?" Megatron asked, rocking his hips a little against Optimus' thigh. The barest hint of fluid smeared over his armor, glistening just so.
"Oh," Optimus whispered, spark contracting in his chest with want for him. He reached down and cupped Megatron's spike for a few slow strokes, pressing it against the metal of his thigh and letting Megatron rock into the hollow of his palm.
