Okay, exceptionally pleased with this. Yes, took forever, but I wanted to be absolutely sure, and had to pause a couple of times.
This is the best game / puzzle I've found. Give it a try.
Go to @cluesbysam.com and play the tutorial.
(Also good for your mental health.)

Because nothing else is happening, let me highlight the constant glory of the library card.
I have just returned @neilhegarty.bsky.social's exceptional, remarkable THE JEWEL. And I had not planned to pick up anything else - but looky here:
(yes, it is rather a change of mood)

Thought I was suffering from a huge bout of dΓ©jΓ vu - but no, today's Letters page of the Irish Times is, well, also yesterday's.
Is this a record?

It's interesting (to me, anyway) that today's Irish Times Business supplement doesn't have a single job advertisement.

According to the @nytimes.com, violent counter-revolution in Cuba "carries risks".
Who in their right mind could write such a headline?

Phthisis incredibile.
I had an uncle who died of TB in his 20s in the 20s, and his sister died from it in her 30s in the 30s.
Both my parents had it. When I was a schoolboy, there was panic every year because I tested positive (I somehow inherited the markers).
Life in Dublin was hard.

I've been lucky enough to see Gararbek and Jarrett live (separately).
I suspect these days people would no longer say Keith is a genius - he'd be neurodivergent.

I've tried to enjoy the new FRASIER, but half-way through E5 I think I'll call it quits.
Obviously it was going to be nearly impossible to match the original - and so it has proved.
It doesn't help that CHEERS is back on, just to remind us what great writing is.

This post will appeal to, quite possibly, not one of you.
But, if you have access to Premier Sports and no plans for the next two hours - the Olympic ice hockey final between Canada and the USA is about to start.
Could be a genuine classic.
