Native RNA nanopore sequencing reveals antibiotic-induced loss of rRNA modifications in the A- and P-sites - Nature Communications It remains unclear whether rRNA modifications can be naturally altered in response to antibiotics in bacteria. Here, the authors analyzed direct RNA nanopore sequencing data with an analytical pipelin...

So long, London! Headed back to DC soon. Itโ€™s been a great trip from Paris for #KLEBS2024, train to London and we visited Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Tower Bridge. Then rented a car and spent the last two days of our trip in the Cotswolds.
