Winter is wondrous.

Outside is the good place.

Let me tell you, they are not on the Canon side of things. I can't speak to other ecosystems, but KEH is out of their minds.

A drake Mallard flies by the camera. Its wings are stretched forward so the full plumage of the wing is on display.

The alternate theme for the #BirdOfTheDay is #Blue. Here's a Mallard I saw today as it was coming in for it's landing. The blue being the wing stripe of course.
