I'm pretty happy with it! Am able to play basically any game I want now.

I have it in a very anonymous case, no lights or RGB, but it stands out just enough cause of the copper/tin/bronze casing 🫶

Runs really quietly, temps reach 60 at 100% load.

Tbh I don't need anything stronger than base 5070 ti. I've been doing fine with 2060 for years now, only started getting issues with a 4k monitor and when I wanted to play Dragons Dogma 2 :(

Yeahhh real 😭 I got it for a really good deal at around $990, normal prices here are around $1200.

Infinitely lucky to have the ability to save up money to afford it, but even then I have to get the parts on sale if I want to finish the build this year

I really appreciate all the help people gave me with choosing CPU and GPU!

Ultimately it came down to price, better support in creative tasks, and what games I actually play.

I'm also one of those "buy it and replace with new upgrade in 5+ years" people, this should fit my needs for that long!

The difference is smaller this gen, but thats also kinda just how GPUs are atm, improvements are stagnating.
The good thing is 70ti is closer to the 80 in performance than it is to the 70

I'm going from a regular RTX 2060 to a 5070ti tho so the leap is gonna be huge and feel huge.

AMD flavor looks so good, if the price on them wasnt identical to the nvidia flavor I'd nom it up

It should be able to run games natively too a lot better than what my old GPU can. If I can get stable 60fps in 4k in Furthest Frontier I'll be happy 😭
