Dreaming up some cool stuff with some cool people.

The guy next to me on the flight kept taking napkins out of his pocket, then reaching inside of his shirt and wiping his armpits. He’d then put the napkins in the seat pouch. When we landed, he took off his shoes and wiped out the inside of them with a napkin to put in the seat pocket as well.

3) ...The husband raises his hand and says, "Well, I'm the last boyfriend."

Their families then gathered to meet each other on the other side of security.

2).... They’re staring at each other weirdly, craning their necks, and do a “Wait…are you..?” And “Oh, my god -- no -- seriously?”

Turns out they're each other's first boyfriend/girlfriend from high school....

1) Sweet rom-com moment at the airport. There’s a huge line at security so TSA has the maze of ropes going back and forth. Two rows to the left of me is a guy with his family of four. Two rows to the right of me is a woman with her family of four. Both of them are in their fifties...

Tickets go on sale this Friday for the Eaux Claires festival (which takes place July 24th-25th). Alongside the all-star music lineup, there will be some literary and arts programming. I'm excited to be part of it. See you there?
