This admin is pushing forward with removal during this lag time.

When children were being separated from their families at the border in 2017, people were horrified. Media coverage focused on the harm to kids. People spoke out. That level of outrage helped end the cruelty.

Kids will be paying the highest cost of this administration in so many ways for decades to come.

A win for human rights. Children deserve safety and access to basic needs that ensure their ability to grow and thrive. Healthcare, education and nutrition are some of the most essential building blocks of a healthy childhood.

Putting children and families first is how we will start to recover the soul of this nation. May other states follow this great example.

In 1965:

-42% of American adults smoked; it’s 11% now.

-The infant morality rate was 24.7/1000; it’s 5.6/1000 now.

-Overall life expectancy was 70 years; it's about 77 years now.

Ossoff: Absolutely RFK JR should resign. He should have never been confirmed to begin with. He is utterly unqualified. This is someone who has embraced every piece of quackery and pseudoscience that he’s come across.

Kids rely on the actions of responsible adults to keep them safe and healthy. That’s our job, our responsibility, our moral obligation.

Our kids deserve to grow up- and it shouldn’t matter which state they live in to determine who risks their lives and who gets to reach their fullest potential.
