When Massachusetts passed a "millionaires tax" in 2023, conservatives claimed the rich would flee.
But two years later, they haven't — and MA has collected $5.7B for infrastructure and public education.
A reminder that positive change can still happen at the state level.

Republicans have shut down the government.
Why?
They won't negotiate. They want to pass a bill that will allow the Trump administration to throw 15 million Americans off their health care & double premiums for 20 million Americans.
We won't let them.

Today I introduced the No Political Enemies Act, with a powerhouse group of co-sponsors, to put in law protections for prosecution or harassment for political speech.
Trump is shamelessly exploiting the death of Charlie Kirk to try to destroy his opposition. We cannot let him.
