Genuinely, I am very much of the opinion that, while this is a popular understanding of them, and likely the understanding that Howard himself had, it is an incorrect one.

Just done my first "big drive" (50mins) since the crash in October. Wish I could say its fixed my fear, but in reality it will be a while before its easy. What I need now is to just keep at it, and eventually the fear will lessen. And that's OK. I can't rush that bit.
