As a teacher trying to figure out how to move forward, I would have liked more practical examples (or pointers to them) and less about conferences, Covid, etc. As usual, I feel out of step with culture that I'd far rather read than watch a video! I'll check out her website.

I'm so happy for you! It's amazing how much change we can make when it's about health instead of just responding to societal expectations. Be sure to tell your kids. It was partly my grandmother's middle-aged behavior that motivated me to change at age 53. (And she's still here at age 104!)
