And with the newly improved Datasets webpage (lnkd.in/gBTh4yeY), it is easier to find the data you want to use and start your project with links to the get-started Jupyter notebooks that walk you through how to use CloudDrift!

With the start of the Atlantic hurricane season and the release of CloudDrift v0.45.0 (lnkd.in/g8864hXD), I want to highlight the hurricane and cyclone datasets already accessible with CloudDrift.

New Get-Started Notebooks:
Our approach to jumpstart usage is to provide get-started Jupyter notebooks that walk through different datasets and functionality of Clouddrift. We added two new get-started notebooks two datasets:
- IBTrACS (lnkd.in/gcCtVeB3)
- GLAD (lnkd.in/g_6RDHpZ)
A New Dataset Adapter:
Clouddrift uses adapters to access its datasets, making it easy to get the data you want. We added a new adapter that gives Clouddrift access to the IBTrACS dataset, which is a collection of global tropical cyclone data.
Clouddrift (lnkd.in/gCRtUE6e) has a new version release, v0.44.0! Below are the highlights:
