i’m starting to really regret trying to change my antidepressants, i’ve been feeling so fucking awful for an entire month now and it’s not getting better

the job scam emails are evolving, now i’m getting emails pretending to recruit for jobs i’m wildly underqualified for. i don’t think you want me to be the vp of marketing for coca-cola actually

thought that part of why i’ve been feeling shitty lately is because i haven’t been too social but i’ve now been social the past 3 days and it didn’t help at all

idk how much longer of this I have in me

3 weeks into the new meds and the only thing it’s improved is my appetite, I feel worse in every other way

i am so tired of feeling like shit all the time

it would honestly be sort of funny if i managed to get serotonin syndrome from prescription migraine meds and ssris when i used to take way too much molly way too often with god knows what else and never had an issue

sick and twisted that this medication is giving me awful headaches but i can’t even take my damn migraine meds while i’m on it

i’m starting to wonder if i have adhd

my psychiatrist wanted me to increase the dose of this new med and i was thinking about waiting til tomorrow when im home to start it instead of today when im in the office in case of side effects, but i decided to start today anyway and sure enough i feel fucking terrible

there’s 2 ways i can go to work, 1 takes 30 min + 1 train but more walking outside, the other takes 40 min + 2 trains but less walking. all week it’s been so cold i’ve wanted to be outside less but i can’t get my ass out of bed so i’m running late + have to take the faster way and be outside more 🥲
