To be fair to Ticketmaster and others, it’s the act and the promoter who generally set ticket prices (that said Ticketmaster is owned by the biggest promoter i.e. Live Nation). Their margin is tiny, hence processing fees etc. But some greedy mega-acts also want a cut of that!
