I was PLANNING on playing Zomboid tonight but they *just* dropped a patch this morning which broke a ton of my mods; the day after i spent 3 or 4 hours cleaning up the OLD broken mods.

So instead i'm spending my sick day on WoW. I know- boring and predictable. But i prefer Cozy and Familiar!

Actual answer?

Players in a Grapple can Inflict unarmed damage on one another automatically. If you are the Dominant Wrestler, you also inflict a level of Fatigue.

If you rolled doubles on your Grapple Check, you inflict extra Fatigue or extra unarmed damage.

You choose how thats flavored.

A man driven by personal greed and hate, Van'Trundi used misinformation and propaganda to convince his subjects and political allies that the peaceful Frontier was an existential and ideological threat. He formed the Confederacy of Core Worlds, and redirected massive portions of the welfare education, and medical budgets to military spending. When the manufactured outrage reached a fever pitch, he formed the Frontier Response Operational Specialist Team (F.R.O.S.T.) as a militarized secret police that were tasked with subjugation Frontier worlds which did not submit to the Confederacy's draconian, fascist rule. In response, the Frontier Colonies needed someone to defend them. What they found was MATRIARCH- An all women mercenary network who agreed to take contracts at a massive discount in support of the cause. Wearing highly customized suits of powered armor, the femme Fatales of MATRIARCH have pledged to push back the Confederacy with extreme prejudice. Van'Trundi's forces dont stand a chance... assuming that the girls' personal rivalries and interests don't get in the way *too* much.
